The truck prepped and ready for wrap.
Other than my Wedding I don’t think I have ever been this nervous before. I am usually not a self doubter but this is a big move for me. Going from a home cook who occasionally caters to head chef of a food truck may not seem like much for some but for me this is huge. My family was a foodie family and we frequently food vacationed going to wineries and just cool places to find interesting food. My late father was the instigator behind those trips and he would have been over the moon crazy about this truck. Lets just say my first day out is going to be an emotional one and Taylor and I will have to make sure we play only happy music or my tears will slow down my cooking.
Friday Cruising Kitchens posted an instagram picture of my truck all prepped and ready for the wrap. Peter from PrintIt and I were still working on logo and wrap design edits still so it started to feel like I was holding myself up a bit. I liked my original logo but didn’t love it and when we put it on the truck I really didn’t love it so we decided to trash it and start over. Lucky for me Peter listened to my ideas and knocked it out of the park with a brand new logo that I do love. Yesterday we finalized the wrap design and now I am “hair standing up on the back of my neck” nervous to share this design with all of you. Most of all I am nervous because this means I need to get finish everything else and get ready for the launch of this bad girl on San Antonio!
